We all get there, sooner or later...facing the fact that the RV has become more work than pleasure. Fighting traffic, worrying about break-downs, repairing items and the effort to set-up and tear-down camp. All that combined with age related issues, we've decided it's time to turn the page and start a new chapter in our story.
We've just set-up in a Ft. Pierce Florida RV park. We'll be here until April 1, 2025. I've not yet had a chance to wash the travel scuz off the coach, but when I do, I'll add pictures. It has a custom paint combination of Newmar Desert Gold, Biarritz White Met., Cajun Spice Obsidian and Rosso Bordeau. Aside from the normal set-up from Newmar, this coach has options that are desirable to some. Below is the options portion of the original "window sticker". Please note the additional special features added that are not listed options.

The microwave was replaced in 2020, the front seats were re-covered with Bauer covers in 2024, front tires were new in 2022, the recliners have been replaced by a pair by Thomas-Payne.
After evaluating comparable coaches on RVTrader we are asking $170,000. Just over 56,000 miles. Please private message me if you'd like to come see it in Ft Pierce, FL., Otherwise, if not sold, it will be back in Michigan mid April '25. We can also setup a Facetime call to review all the features.
