Air conditioner, newer 2023 tires, new 2026 spare, new wheel bearings and seals. Large storage cubbies, folding table, and benches with cushions and storage underneath. Sink with USB rechargeable faucet and gravity feed hose. We will include (2) 5 gallon water jugs for the sink. We've had for about three years; got a larger camper. Previous owners replaced canvas withing the past 5 years- it went thru a good rainstorm recently without leaks. A/C works great and we camped in cold weather with only space heaters (not included) and were very comfortable. Tonneu top is in good condition and we've replaced the velco retainer straps and cotter pins. The camper only weighs 865 lbs and is easily pulled by a car with 2.5 engine.
