    Bike rack options?

This was our setup when we had Ebikes using a Kuat nv2.0 rack on back of the coach above the tow bar. We went back to pedal type bikes and use the same setup now.

    Hauling E bikes

We have 2 rad runner ebikes and haul them on the back of our 2019 Montana High Country. We use a Rocky Mounts 2 bike carrier mounted into the hitch. We’ve been about 9000 mi. with no problems.

    1995 Roadtrek MPG

New to all of this. Contacted seller about MPG with there 1995 Roadtrek 170, Dodge engine 57000 miles. They’re saying it gets 16-18 MPG. Is this accurate? Are these fairly reliable rigs? Also would I be able to get 2 eBikes inside if we were Motel-ing it that night. Thanks

    1995 Roadtrek MPG

...vehicle is as reliable as any other Dodge van of the period; how well has it been maintained and how many miles are on it? As for getting eBikes inside, you sure wouldn't be using it for much else, if you did that. I'd pull a small trailer rather than mess up the inside trying to fit the...

    Scooter rules and regs

I don't see any issues with scooters or general mobility vehicles from golf carts to ebikes to scooters. However when it comes to hoverboards, onewheels, electric skateboards, some will ban those, ehemm, I had to fight this battle as I have a onewheel.

    Rear Receiver Hitch

I have no idea what a Flyer Pursue is. Don't care enough to do a search. However! Torque is more important than advertised capacity. Further consideration is balance and aerodynamics. This is very important on a pull behind, less of a problem for a fifth wheel. It is better to get...

    RV ebike charging

That's what I was thinking, maybe safer to do it outside the coach. Can you imagine one of these blowing up inside the coach? Yep my battery can be removed to charge, but I think it is easier to leave it inside the bike and charge from there, There is charging hole to plug in to. HH

You might want to look into Carpal Tunnel Surgery. I experienced the same problem. Surgery was quick and painless. Now no numbness, Darrell

    Hitch riser

How high is to high for a hitch riser. I want to carry 2 ebikes on a carrier, but it tends in interfere with the visibility of my tail lights & license plate. Is 12" going to be to unstable? Want something solid to prevent fatigue, etc.

    Bike rack options?

Typically a rack that folds/pivots will not be "certified" for a motorhome. I went with Kuat and love it. https://www.kuat.com/product/nv-2-0/

    RVing with E-Bikes

...all that. Must be something to do with age because it didnt happen when I rode a lot in my younger days. I wouldn’t have noticed it lately pre-ebikes because I never rode this much. These are the bars: https://spank-ind.com/products/spike-800-vibrocore™-bar?variant=19524496392278 I hope it...

Considering a Class C. What alternatives are there to getting a toad?

...are quite a few that did not perform as stated by the manufacturer. Ours have been modified so we have an accelerator and do not require the pedal assist. We had this option installed as my wife has a knee issue and I didn't want her to have to strain anything. EBIKES | MJM EBikes Darrell

    Campground security - items stolen

More tips: Hide them - cover your ebikes so no one knows you have them Lock them, I use Kryptonite locks. These locks have different ratings that offer coverage if the lock is cut, the amount covered depends on this rating. Register your lock and pay the additional years of coverage as I did...

Question Put a bike rack on the back of transend trailer. Is it ok

...the trailer misbehave while towing. You might be able to compensate by filling or emptying tanks depending on their location. I put my two ebikes on a heavy (home built) rack behind the jeep I tow and the load is heavy enough to sag the rear of the jeep a bit. Doesn’t effect towing the jeep...

    New Members on the Palouse!

...We don't have any toys yet, but that didn't stop us from wanting the option have the open air flowing through coach, toys or no toys. Eventually we'll be adding an ATV come hunting season, and we've just ordered some eBikes. Looking forward to all of the help we're bound to receive here.

Where were you with your NEWMAR today?

Made it to the MotorCoach Resort on Lake Erie Shores. We've been on the road about 3 weeks now, our ultimate destination was my daughter's wedding in St Paul (10/3) which was awesome. We were here last year and liked it so much we came back for 4 days. The hot tub was just what we...
