    Tip Want To Save On Diesel Purchases?

    Yeah I agree. I'm not sure why people get upset about them asking for a SS number. Just about any credit company or bank wants it and when and weather ya know it or not it is out there for government agencies to see and use. Medical places use it also. So many know and have your SS it is not funny.

    ...past, but lately that has come down some. We were also surprised to see that the Conoco truck stop in Missoula (Muralt’s Travel Plaza) now accepts the TSD card and their price was very competitive as well. However you slice it, the TSD/EFS card is a winner for diesel buyers. Safe travels. TJ

    Diesel discount card

    I look at gas buddy sometimes - but gas buddy won’t show the price you get with a discount card. Need to have the TSD card and app to be able to see what is available.

    I don't think I have a Love's Rewards card, not sure what I did during sign up. Everytime I go to fuel up at Love's I get an error about the Love's rewards. I'll probably stop in and talk to someone next time and get a card in person. But somehow I got around this in the app to setup TSD.

    Do you plan all stops in advance? What tools do you use?,

    ...and divide it by 300 to roughly see how many days it will take w/o it being a race and adjust accordingly. We also route plan when we can with TSD for fuel as that may effect our routing also. Allstays is invaluable for both overall route planning and daily planning for rest stops and such.

    Great point on the exit! When we plan a fuel stop, we use the Open Roads app to locate preferred stop.     HM. Seems to me that there were separate pumps in the stops I made. I was told that the card wasn't good at any of them except the truck islands, but I'll take your word for it.
