Driving a 44' fifth wheel in California from the 101 by Big Sur to Yosemite National Park. 13'6" tall.

What route is the wisest? :)

Maps says to do the 59 to the 132, or I could use 120 all the way up.

I'll be coming back down after visiting, not driving through the park. Not new to pulling this trailer, or driving up and down mountains-- which is why I know I would rather hear from someone whose done it!

I can’t help you but have a similer question- Seqoia to yosemite- my kids live in ca and go frequently- told us to use 120 up and down

Hello everyone, my fiancé and I are looking for a wedding meal in September 2022 in a guesthouse place. I'd like to see if you guys have any suggestions. We're attempting to stay as close to our budget as feasible. It would be ideal if you could also recommend a bridal boutique to me. :)

I can help you with it if you are interested.

I haven’t driven into Yosemite pulling a trailer, but I’ve driven in plenty of times. 140 has some rock overhangs around the park entrance that are narrow and low clearance, and it’s closed due to rockslide at the moment.

Of the other choices (120 or 41), I’d take 120. The road is as mellow as you’re going to get in that part of the Sierra, and there are no tunnels.
