hello from europe again .. i have a few questions .. what does this plate mean? i will have to put a converter from 220 volts to 110 volts, right?

A travel transformer is not an option. However if You can connect using 30 amp service(110) service then you could use a travel converter to convert from 220 volt Europe to 110 US most of the time 50 and 60 Hz is not an issue.
