Folks, bad news. On delivery day Jan 13, 2023 I took delivery of of a 16FBS. Filled the water tank only to watch it literally fall to the ground out the bottom of my brand new unit. Tank installed with self tapping screws not nuts bolts and washers. Now I wonder if my grey and black tanks will do the same???? Highland ridge wants me to tow it back and pay for inspection myself. Not Good. By the way, never tow your highland ridge too far(?) with full tanks is highland ridge’s official position. When your tank fall out the bottom of your unit it’s your problem.
