1994 Beaver Patriot Diesel Pusher/ 8.3 cummins.

Good morning. I have a 1994 Beaver Patriot Stratton 37’ diesel pusher. When I connect the positive cable to the 4d chassis battery the air buzzer goes off even before starting the bus. When the air pressure builds to 60 psi it goes off. When I turn the vehicle off it keeps running and I disconnect the fuel pump which shuts it down. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated .
