The fuse block, KIB, under the dash in front of the steering wheel has 2 fuse strips. The strip powered by ignition relay K5 is dead because K5 is not getting power to energize. It is fed from a White/Blue wire with IGNITION SW stamped on it but there is no wire like that at the ignition switch. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or does someone know where that White/Blue is fed from?
