This camper is on a site for 2 months. Looks clean what should I look for or ask? Thanks for any feedback, It is so confusing to find a decent trailer.

Hmmmm, well, I would start by checking out the plumbing for issues like leaks, the electric water pump for functionality and and apparent past plumbing/water damage.

Then go to the AC and check it out too for function and cooling in a appropriate manner and time.

Test all the outlets and appliances.

Open any storage hatches and check for water damage or other issues of some previous problem.

Check tires for dry rot and tread wear.

If it has a battery for running 12 v appliances and other things, find out the age and check if the volt meter while nothing is running is at the appropriate reading.

Check the roof membrane covering and ask how old and if ever any damage to it.

Check the outside shell in it’s entirety for any obvious damage.

Make sure gas lines work properly and feed appliances working off of it works as should. Test for leaks.

This time of year it’s hard to check the furnace for proper working but can be done if you go early on a cool morning.

Ask if any major warranty work ever performed and if documented and proof.

Make sure if it has slide outs they work properly and in proper alignment when open and closed.

Man I could go on and on but make a actual list and check off as you do the inspection so you don’t miss any.
I am sure more folks will chime in on ideas.
