My wife and I bought a toy hauler (2nd owner); This spring we noticed that the garage floor was really soft and squishy; when we took it into the dealership to have routine maintenance done on it, we mentioned the garage floor. When the tech started to get into the garage and how to repair the floor, the flooring under the rubber overlayment is a composite floor (see attached pics) and the whole thing has to be replaced so that our UTV does not fall thru the floor, or the fuel station tank fall out; it cannot be done in sections according to what we have been told. I called Keystone customer service this morning, the rep told me that that is the correct flooring they used to make the RV lighter. It will need to be corrected one way or another, I was wondering if anybody else has had this happen, if so, what materials were used to repair? We have had 3 reputable repair places tell us a composite floor should not have been used in the garage. We do not run our equipment into garage wet, nor did the previous owner.
