We recently purchased a slightly used Bay Star, our 5th RV.
We started out years ago in a 24 foot Class A we bought from a private party. Not knowing much about RVs, it was not a wise purchase..
We then upgraded to a 40 foot Country Coach Intrigue and spent several years full-timing, visiting most states. We loved it.
After we ended full-timing we had the bright idea of pickup and camper. That lasted one year!
Our most recent RV was a 24 foot Forest River Solera on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter frame. Great fun, easy to drive, pulled our toad with no problems. But for more than two or three weeks it as too small. We decided we want to make multi-month trips and we think the Newmar is the right choice.
I have been on forums for all our RVs and look forward to joining the Newmar forum. After 20+ years of RVing and dozens of educational classes and seminars, I've learned there is always something new to learn. I will likely be asking a lot of questions.
Thank you, Jim
