2024 40’ Renegade XL ERB. On our maiden voyage and been trying the many features out as I get all my personal settings. Made it to Sevierville Tennessee and was using my awning. Went to retract it and the system is dead. Checked my GFIs thru out the coach (I think) and no go. Each controller wont light up nor will the touch pad.. all is dead. Thoughts??

Your awning would be 12v so look at that system to find out what’s going on. Start with fuses.

when you said controllers won’t light up or touch pad, are you referring to the coach’s main control pads for all systems or a remote for the awning?
If all controls are not functioning - be sure the 12v “salesman” switch, typically next to the door/steps is turned on.
If that switch is on, and fuses are good, check the battery voltages. If this is the maiden voyage, wondering if your inverter/charger set to keep the batteries charged.
