I have a 2021 Ventana. I am at a friends house and wanted to just run to his 110 to keep my refrigerator running. I used a 50 to 20 amp adapter. But when I went into the coach my EMS control panel say no power source. Ideas???

Sounds either no power such as a GFI tripped on their end or your transfer switch didn’t switch. Usually have to press button on EMS to drop it to 15 to be safe and we max charge rate in inverter to 15 from 30.

We plugged in a light at the end of the cord and there was power coming from the house. I tried to find info in the manual on how to drop down.

regardless if there is power coming in shouldn’t the EMS show power?

On mine it has always shown power. Just wrong value. Seems like your ATS isn’t switching over. I use a 50 to 15 adapter.

I also have a 50 to 15 adapter and no problems taking advantage of the 15 amps
