Hi everyone! New here and looking for our first RV. We have a 2024 F350 and are looking for a used (2016-2021) midsized Fifth wheel-between 31-34’ and as we’re looking, it’s a bit confusing which brand/line to look for. We’d like to compare Apple to Apple. For example, in car terms, are we looking at a Toyota Crown/Avalon, or are we looking at a Corolla? Other than weight and price, is there a list somewhere with this info? From what I’ve heard, a Forest River Cedar Creek or Rockwood are their top lines, and a Hideout is there entry line. Any thoughts are much appreciated

You will find that there are way fewer 'Owning Manufacturers' than it appears. Keystone,Thor, Winnebago own most of them.
I personally owned a Keystone Montana 3610 Legacy. Hardwood cabinet face frames and doors but the room doors and end panels were fake wood. The trailer was OK but they're ALL just a sum of their parts. I researched for a long time before buying and ultimately found one 6 months old for much less.
My findings boiled down to construction.
Montana used welded aluminum wall studs, but not on any set spacing (ie:16")
Forest River Cedar Creek walls are 16" on center, but are screwed/glued top and bottom with angle brackets.
I was happy with the Montana after adding disc brakes G rated tires and 4/6 Volt batteries.
It really is a crap shoot, find a floor plan your wife likes and make sure it has Gel Coat finish outside and not Filon.

I've owned 3 FR (2 cardinals, 1 Salem) and 2 Keystone (Montanas), buy a good tool box and multi meter, they are all the same, it's the adventure, they all need repairs, the highway is hard on them
