We have a 2019 35ft gooseneck. AC has power but thermostat doesn’t. Bought a new thermostat Still no power to it. Not sure exactly where power comes from. It has phone wire type hookup. Anyone know where other end is or what to check next.

Hello and welcome @okbird. Please complete your profile so we know what kind of RV you have. AC power is typically from shore power at the campground or generator power.

On the Dometic AC the telephone type cord goes from the thermostat to the AC on the roof. It is plugged into the circuit board telephone jack type of plug. I had a problem too, due to corrosion. Used contact cleaner and fine brass brush to clean it, and it started working again.
Yours may be different?
