American coach vs Newmar Coach

We are looking to upgrade from our 28ft gas Forest River RV to a 40ft diesel coach and would love people's opinions about the American the Newmar and the Thor coaches and which one is a better coach

I have owned two Newmars, so I am very biased. American Coach seems to be a decent product. It’s rare that I read anything good about Thor products.

Back in 2015 while researching a DP I was real interested in American Coach and had the opportunity at a dealer to have Newmar Dutch Star and AC Revolution side by side. After going from one to the other several times I decided Newmar was for me.
Now on my second Newmar and very happy with choice.

Another aspect in decision making could be your location.

After just a few years experience with RV, we use the factory for service. If one factory or factory service location was closer to us than the other brand, that would have some weight but not be the biggest factor.

I agree with above sentiment about Thor, I would go with Newmar or American Coach.
