We have the coach stored indoors in a warehouse. It now has about 5000 miles on it. When we checked on it recently the door lock fell out in our hand from the handle. We now have to use just part of a lock and leave a window unlocked in case we have to climb in. We are having trouble finding a replacement. We have been back to the store that sold it originally and they cannot find the correct one. I have contacted customer service at Forest River, with my VIN number, no response. I called the parts people at Forest River and just got voice mail after being transferred twice. The hood locks are also broken but we have found replacements for those. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks..it isn't there. I finally got a call back from Forest River with a part number. Hard to believe it is $350 dollars to replace when the coach has hardly been used and stored indoors. At least the broken hood locks were under $20 a piece. Quality overall is a huge disappointment.
