Getting a 44’ toy hauler. ‘Wondering if it’s as impossible (as it seems) to buy a lot on a lake/river to put it on where we can put septic, water, and electric on (if it doesn’t already have)? We’ve been looking all over our area but have only found one and there are complications with it. Any idea?

You might check this out...there seems to be plenty of choices in your neck of the woods!

We just bought a lot on Weiss Lake in Alabama with electric, water and sewer. It has a 40' x 40' pole barn with a concrete pad for the RV to set on. We love it! You didn't say where you were from but I'm sure if you look around you'll find something similar.

We stop about every year at a friends lot on the TN river just outside of Savannah TN. He is selling a double lot right on the river plus may be selling another lot with an RV port one block back. If interested private message me and I'll give you his name and number. I'm thinking his double lot is priced around $100,000 but I may be way off.

There are lots along the Tennessee River, but be careful. Many are below the flood plain. During certain parts of the year you have to move your RV out.
