Anyone use the app Upside?

My brother used it and told me about this app. It will give you a list of gas/fuel stations where they will give you discounts. Some places over $0.20 per gal.

Yes, I haven't collected but I believe a friend has.
I've used ebates (now rakuten) for YEARS with success.

Many banks have a cash back program in their app as well.
