Has anybody heard if Auctbest LLC is a legit company or is it a scam? I’ve read a few good reviews and a few that say it’s a scam. Can anyone with experience with them chime in?

The company's website (auctionthebest.com) lists an address in Nashville TN. According to the Tennessee Department of State, there is no registered business named Auctbest. The domain for the company is registered to someone in Iceland. The address provided on the webpage (15 Deaderick St) is a high rise building. No suite number was provided along with their address.

Based on this info, I would assume its not legit, but don't hold me to that.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve seen a couple of sites that reviewed them as “great” and a couple that said it was a scam. I’d like to find someone that has dealt with them or tried to deal with them. God or bad.

Also the phone number on the website is a Google Voice VOIP number. So while the phone number is within a Nashville exchange, the person using it could be anywhere in the world. I just called the number (after hours) and there was no outgoing message, just a beep presumably to leave a message.

My husband and I did a “Buy Now” on a pontoon boat. We received the paperwork on where to wire the money. Red flags all over the place. The address to send the money was to B2B Initiatives, LLC in Franklin, MA. We looked up the address and it is a house. We called the Franklin police and they said that it was most likely a scam. We didn’t send the money. We also called the phone number left a message and told them that we were trying to wire the money for the pontoon boat. Guess what they called us back. You could tell that the guy/girl was disguising there voice. Just be careful, personally I think they are a scam.

It is definitely a scam. The motor home I was looking at said it had sold, yet they kept telling me to just wire the money and it would be mine. I told them that I would wire the money when I was standing in front of the unit. They hung up.
