Hi there & thx for having a place for info. Have had my 2018 36’ Coachman 2 weeks now & the learning curve is REAL! Heater is not working!? Thank God for the fireplace!!! 1st warranty call-lol
I have to say as a single female, this is the 1st morning of ‘slight’ fear/doubt if I can do this or not????

Welcome @SuziQ71 to RVForum. Sorry to hear of your heat issue. I am sure you can figure this out, let us know if we can help.

Is the heater propane or electric? What is it doing that makes you think it won't light? ...................and Welcome from Georgia!

Welcome SuziQ71. You'll learn a lot in a short amount of time. Most of us do and have. My wife will be learning to back up our 5th wheel soon. She can do it I know. You will learn. Just seems like a lot at first , like most new things do.

two weeks! and this is the first time you questioned yourself? We are honored to have your strength among us.

So one of the problems many fail to take into account is battery voltage. The spark unit will not work if the batteries are low on charge. A fully charged battery is 12.67 volts and low voltage is 12 volts without a load. you should have a voltage meter on the power panel. If not it is time to buy a multi meter. Don't worry about quality mine cost me 0 with a coupon at harbor freight.

Welcome to RVF, @SuziQ71; we are glad you have joined us. There are several "single female" RVers on the forum and they are very capable people. You, too, can do this!

We have all been "new" at some point and understand the learning curve involved. This a great forum were what we do best is to share information and experiences. And, there are no "dumb questions" here; just ones that need answers so feel free to ask away.
