Has anyone experienced a continuous beep coming from the small box at the forward awning extender. We have a 2020 Class A Baystar and while the awning works, I can’t figure out how to stop the beeping about every 15-20 seconds.

Can you post a picture of the box in question?

Thanks. Here are front and side photos.

Looks different than the ones I've seen. Maybe someone else can help.

it may be your wind sensor battery needs to be replaced…. It has happened to me, check the manual out in Newgle.. it will give you instructions on where the sensor is located and battery type… not a difficult task….

Yes, wind sensor batteries, it may also roll in partially as a notification of batteries need to be replaced. Ours did same, and the little box was already pretty brittle from uv damage so be careful with screws when you open it. I sprayed the unit with a rubber sealant just to make sure it didn't leak after replacing the batteries.

Thank you. I got the cover off, replaced the batteries and we are good to go.
