Hi,

I recently purchased a ZR18RK 2021 model and I am trying to install a aftermarket backup camera from Tadi Brothers, supposed to be plug and play, but it's not so far,
My issue seems to be I have no power at the furrion plate and connector, I am assuming it should have power with the car hooked up and the head lights on.
the system is supposed to be compatible with the furrion connector, the camera and monitor do work fine when I power it up on my bench .

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Chris

My 2022 RB253 was "prewired" as well. Turns out the Furion power pigtail was just tied to the running light wire. Not actually spliced, just tied.
See attached pic.

Yes that's how my 2023 I just bought was and I brought it back to them. They use it as a sales pitch that it's prewired for backup camera well that's what I was told and thats what I expect it to be... Now what I'm not sure is shouldn't it be hooked to a constant hot wire and not just when running lights are on.
