Basement storage lights not working

So I’ve been trying to get my storage lights to work with no such luck there is one on its own switch in the compartment by the fuse panel that one I put a new bulb in and it works after doing that I changed all the bulbs. Tried to switch going in on the stairs with no such luck. That’s which doesn’t light up as well as there is a switch in by the toilet and water controls that doesn’t light up either. Checked all the fuses for the test light in the front compartment as well as the fuses in the back bedroom by the breakers. None of them are out and I’m a little stumped as to what might be causing it I haven’t pulled the switch out on the steps and tested for power possibly tomorrow I might try that at least see if I have power to the switch just ran out of time and daylight. Just wondering some thoughts

just wanted to put it to bed even though there were no responses it wound up being a fuse where only one side had power. after further testing one side was dead. All fixed !!!!!!
