I believe that's the one we saw in Nappanee last June. He rolled the fuselage out of the trailer and hooked the tail wheel to the back of his toad. IIRC, the wings were racked alongside (or maybe on top of the toad) and off he went to the local airport. I talked to him while he was unloading the plane and he indicated that he does this a lot.
