Is there a product any of you would recommend for cleaning bug spatter from the front of your RV? Just got back from an unseasonably warm trip to New England with our Class C and the bugs were bad. I spent a lot of time on a ladder today scrubbing with a brush and sponge with "Crud Cutter" boat and RV soap mixed with warm water. I do have a pressure washer but I didn't want to use it with it having decals.

Was able to get most of it but it's not 100% and was more work than I want! Any recommendations are greatly appreciated thank you!

I just use hot soapy water because I don’t want to use anything harsh on the finish. The thing that makes it easier is to get the area good and wet with hot water first, let it soak for a few minutes, then hit it again with light scrubbing. Then repeat. Eventually you’ll get it all off this way and you wont damage your graphics. The other thing that helps is to have a fresh coat of wax on it before the bug encounter. Not always practical and a lot of work, but it helps.

I use this with a microfiber towel on a extendible pole and Wash Wax All, after the windshield washer fluid and gas station pole. I do this at every gas stop.

Warm soapy water and some soak time. Also, try not to let the bugs bake on over days. Its a lot easier if you get them at the end of a trip.

Exactly

Once you get it clean, put 2-4 good coats of Rejex (or a similar product) on the front. That will help them not stick as bad. Then the warm soapy water like others have said.

Touch up the coating periodically.

I carry 3D bug removal in a hand pump sprayer and I have a second sprayer with either DI water or distilled water in it for rinsing. Work small sections at a time. For the windshield I either get the ladder out or use a pole with microfiber towel to clean the windshield. If it’s really bad, I also have a portable pressure washer and a DI water tank that connects to the onboard water tank that does a much better job. Some parks don’t allow coach washing but will make an exception for cleaning the front so I clean within the park rules.

Put warm/hot water in a bucket! Wet the front end with the warm water! Spray with "Bugs N All", let set for about a minute! Take a "Dryer sheet", get it wet, rub them, & then the bugs will come right off! I then rinse off with a 1 gallon pressure sprayer, which has "Distilled Water" in it! Take a microfiber cloth & wipe dry. I then apply another light coat of "303" Spray on the front with a micro-fiber cloth, & ready to go, all nice & clean......til the next stop!
