Hello to all on this forum,

I’m considering a Wayfarer all electric coach, with diesel generator and fully optioned(theater seating, hydraulic auto leveling etc) MSRP is at $213k. I’m curious of what others have paid for this type of coach. I understand this is the first of a kind Class C all electric coach on the market. No propane at all. Any thoughts and/or suggestions is appreciated.

Hello, NOT RV owner now, but did for 40 years or so. We are also considering the Wayfarer JW model. Some things to know or check out. First has Mercedes/Tiffin fixed the shimmy issues plaguing some of these coach's a few years ago. It took my friend one year to get his worked out. Second, I owned all electric Newmar Vantata 36' Class A. I love the AEC. We never used more than one burner on the stove ever, so JW model has one, it's perfect for light meals. The layout in the JW (brochure-dealers' pictures) seem to be good, shower in that model is largest. I would go into deal with cash, and take 30-40% off the top, and see what happens. Economy is teetering on the edge; you want dealer to take hit not you. That is my plan anyway. I think dealer choice is as important as the RV itself, so make sure you find a good one too. I was very pleased with - RVs For Sale in Oregon | Guaranty RV Is Now Bish's RV | Junction City - Eugene - our last deal. Not sure if they sell these. Lazydays does, national dealer so that may make difference. Our closest one is in SC. I know what to look for as also master certified RV tech-Retired. But again, dealer is as important as rv itself. Let me know what information you come up with.
