In the TV settings, is it configured to use cable? Sometimes the default is over the air signal and you have to change that in order for it to scan for cable channels using that connection.

also, you probably have a cable switch in the coach. Check that connection and make sure everything is wired up properly. Sometimes they get connected wrong at the factory and the QA isn’t so great as we all know.

No cable switch or ab switch. Also is premiered for sarellite

Somewhere, you will have a small (likely push-button) switch for the OTA antenna pre-amplifier. If it is on (usually indictated by a small, red LED), you will only get a signal from the OTA antenna. Turned off, you will get input from the cable TV hookup. The TVs will only find channels they can see. Since you have several TVs, you will have several cable connections at splitters; if any one of them is bad it can bring the whole system down.

Are you sure the cable hookup (source) is working? If you are in an RV park, that’s not always the case. Some coaches have an input for a portable satellite dish as well. That is not the same as a cable input. If you have two coax input connection points, try the other one. And, as @MapNerd said, check your TV “Input” to be sure they are set to “Cable.”

Finally, since this is a new RV, something may have been improperly connected during construction. Or, a screw/nail/staple could have pierced the coaxial cable somewhere, shorting it out. It certainly would not be the first time that has happened.

My best guess is that you have either the OTA antenna preamplifier turned on, the TV inputs not set to cable or a dead cable input source. The mechanical connection issues are the least likely, but certainly possible.

Good luck.
