Do not purchase a Car Cover RV cover! We purchased a Gold Shield 5L cover for our Fleetwood 39L on the 24th of November and received it December 1st and installed it December 8th. We went to check on it February 4th and the cover had ripped completely in two and was off the coach. We contacted Car Cover and they said they would send a new one if we paid $95.00 for shipping. We said we don’t want another one and would like our money back. They refused a refund. We asked for an upgrade cover to be sent. They refused. If we accepted a second cover after paying $95 for shipping, they would not honor a warranty on the second cover. Since the first cover did not last 60 days it seemed foolish to pay another $95 to get another inferior product. It’s impossible to talk with a manager. All correspondence is done through email when I finally did get through to a human, they were rude, accuse me of damaging the cover and lied saying that I had never sent pictures of the damage even though I have an email that they acknowledged receiving the pictures. It is impossible to put a negative review on their site looking back that should have been a red flag that all reviews were positive.
