Hello all,
My air leak situation became unavoidable so I am in search and correct mode on my '90 coach. I have located and corrected several leaks to where now it is reliably drivable, but have one that sounds big and I can't find it. It sounds like blowing bubbles through a straw into a glass of liquid and originates around the transmission area. I've sprayed everything I can see and get no bubbles anywhere. Has anyone ever experienced this or have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: I figured it out. The transmission modulator plugs into the trans case just above the shifter mechanism. It uses air pressure, and was leaking internally so leaking air into the transmission case. ALSO: even though it is situated above the transmission pan there is still a substantial amount of fluid behind it that will come out of the hole when you remove the part. I measured 9 quarts that I captured plus probably a half a quart on my shirt before I stuck the modulator back in the hole as I was not prepared initially.
