Well I finally took the plunge and bought a capable drone, DJI mini 2. I rationalized the purchase by thinking I can observe the roof sealant around fixtures to determine if they require maintenance :)

What are your thoughts? Good idea? Wishful thinking?

I'll have my lovely assistant hold it up for you...

Finding uses is a good thing and drone's are great for this and many more. I finally got my DJI Mavic 2 Pro out yesterday trying to capture some of the beautiful landscape here in OR (didn't do so well).

Looks like DJI just released a brand new drone.

Well I have found that sealant can look wonderful, but not be stuck to the roof in places. Nothing beats the use of fingers.

I can get pretty creative when justifying the purchase of a new toy.
