We own a Keystone Cougar 22MLS, and it has a Safe T Alert Model 85-741 combined CO detector/Gas monitor.

Yesterday we started to hear random beeps that come from the unit. The beeps are not consistent with any of the warnings for CO or gas, just singe beeps intermittently. I have re-set the unit, I have disconnected shore power in an attempt to restart the unit, but nothing seems to work. I read in their manual about end of life warning beeps.....looking for any advice.

My suggestion is to replace it. The company says that it should be replaced at 5 years. But that could actually be less depending on dust, moisture, and other contaminates. I installed 2 stand-a-lone battery-operated units in place of the one 12v unit.
