Controls panel blues

Hello everyone I am new to this form I have a Jayco 2020 403T toy hauler We are in Wyoming and have our toy hauler with us and cannot get our control panel to work without it we have no heat it is a BM pro powered by android and we cannot get it to come on have already tried to reset it by unplugging it in the back out of ideas

Most likely the control panel runs on 12 Volts so you need to reset the 12-volt circuit. You should have a salesman switch for 12 volts and when switched it off the lights should also turn off and that should reset the panel also.

Should I disconnect the power to the unit or leave it plugged in

Leave the control unit plugged in and try the salesman switch reset.
