This thread is to be used by anyone that learns of COVID travel restrictions affecting a state. For example, earlier this year Virginia had a 14 day min stay requirement. New restrictions are emerging. This thread will be pinned to the top for anyone that learns of a restriction to please post to make others aware. Post which STATE has the restriction, what the restriction is, if you have a link to the order or official information please post that as well. This thread is NOT for discussion about COVID, opinions, etc. This thread is strictly for actual COVID travel and camping restrictions anyone learns of to help others.

This is a map that has a lot of the current restrictions. Click on the state or province for the minimum requirements. You can also zoom in to local areas. ArcGIS Web Application

Are campgrounds going to require proof of negative tests for every arrival? Most of us are fairly isolated anyhow.

Let's leave that for when a fact is raised and someone identifies this as a requirement vs. opening a discussion. Trying to keep this thread strictly on known facts for travel.

Virginia's new order is out. Campgrounds are referenced it section 7 with no additional restrictions, i.e. no concerns to RVers traveling into or out of Virginia other than normal social distancing and COVID protection practices.

Llano Grande Lake Resort in Mercedes TX has informed us we will have to quarantine for 14 days when we arrive or after 7 days get a Covid test and give the results to the office to get the quarantine lifted. We asked if we needed food, medications, or medical services what would we do. They said we need to ensure we brought it with us to cover the quarantine. I know they can restrict the RV park local builds but how can they stop us from leaving the RV park?

@Gizmo It appears to me the information you received from Llano Grande Lake Resort is their rule vs a state or county restriction. Texas Covid restrictions basically default to CDC recommendations. Looks like Hidalgo County has a heightened restriction regarding Quarantine., which states in part "...those who test positive for COVID-19 or have been notified by the Texas Department of State Health Services and/or the Local Health Authority for Hidalgo County, Texas, that they have reasonable cause to believe that you have been exposed to communicable disease COVID-19..." So based on what I see the park may take some action against you for breaking their rules but other than that the county health order would apply.
