We’ve been up in Mammoth Lakes, CA for the past week and were hit with a sudden super cold snowstorm which dumped snow hard for 24 hours. Sure nice to have all systems working perfectly to keep us warm and cozy. I’ve actually kept our rig running full steam on a double 30a to 50a connection, which has worked perfectly to bring in both legs of power.
One thing for sure, you’ll find any weather seals that aren’t up to par when it drops down to 14º at night!
We aren’t hooked up to sewer or water, so we’re employing water conservation tactics which stretched us out to full week before dumping.
Very thankful Newell has engineered so many backups for heating to keep the bays, water tank, and fuel tanks all nice and warm without fear of freezing or other issues.
