Years past if the rig was 6 years old or less you can go to the dealer and they can order by the vin# on your rig. It worked for me a few years back. Good luck.
 
If it’s just a piece of glass you should be able to take the door to any glass shop. They can cut a piece to fit the door.

True. But I think with that fancy etching the OP wants to replace exactly as it is. Now that is an assumption on my part….lol
 
If you can find a guy who does etching you can have a piece of glass cut and then etched to match if you can’t find a replacement. We had a plane etched into a piece of glass for over a doorway. Glass $30. Etching $100.
