Is the app working properly for others? I input my engine serial no. and a window pops up telling me the serial number is set, but the window doesn’t go away after hitting OK.

Then, I can see data plate info, but there are zero parts listed anywhere.

I know what you're describing...It's jacked up...total PITA!
I have use force quit it a few times.
What works for me, is to put the number in...and just WAIT.

Exactly the same thing happens to me also. Pretty much useless
