This may be a dumb question, but asking dumb questions is my MOS.

When I have the dash a/c air control set to outside air, condensation splashes all over everything below the air exchanger (genset, HWH pump primarily).

Normal?

I don't think those two large areas right and left of the white drain tube are supposed to be open???? I think all that should be enclosed and condensation go down the white drain tube. Maybe someone else can share a picture of theirs.

I had similar thoughts, but when I go back to my build pics, there it is.

I'm thinking air filters go in those spaces.

Googling around, I'm seeing other pics like yours, so it may be right as is. No answer from me then other than maybe that drain tube port is clogged?

Hmmmmmm

Would that be a Newmar or FL thing?

Good question. When at FL last I asked about the blower for my dash AC. They said it was house. I suggest inquire with Newmar.

Mine does same thing but only in recirc mode. On Spartan dash A/C repair for parts related to engine accessories has been covered under chassis warranty (compressor hose replacement and belt)
