I have a 92 Fleetwood Pace Arrow on a Chevrolet chassis. Im having wiper issues . I have Hi and low modes but not the delay function . There is no circuit board on the motor as like the typical GMs . I assume there is a relay or some type resistor somewhere.
I looked all under the hood in the engine bay to no avail . I looked under the dash and found a module looking box with cooling fins . It has no information on it that made sense to me and Google .
I targeted it because it has cooling fins i have a pic to see if anyone recognizes it
