Curious the best way to repair this fix correctly. I was going to put some white sealant tape or a rubber sealant spray to prevent water from leaking in. I feel like that won't stop the vinyl wrap from continuing to bubble though.
Thoughts?

Is that a vinyl wrap? I can't say as I have ever seen one, but I suppose it is possible. That looks more like delamination beginning to me. I suggest that you take it to a professional for evaluation.

I don't think it's a vinyl wrap, I am not the first owner. Thanks for the advice and ill take it in ti a professional.

What are we looking at? Take a picture further away so we can get context.
DIY'rs come in all shapes, sizes, experiences.
Without knowing specifically what that is, clean, degrease, Eternabond tape.

Sorry photos were not the best. They were taken by my uncle where I store it, slightly far away. Your looking at the front right corner, the part that would hang above my truck bed when hooked up.

Right corner of what? More words please. Is this an awning? A roof? A sidewall? of a trailer? A Class A?

Ive inserted a stock photo of where the damage is at. Starts at the bottom corner of that seem and has slightly spresd about 8" up along that seem that's circled.Capture+_2022-04-04-12-18-17.png

Perfect. Most important is to determine if water got in from the top, ran down and hurt the wood under which then got soft and allowed the skin to puncture. If that is the case, then step 1 is to fix the leak. Step 2 is the big part which is fix what got damaged.

But let's assume something just struck the bottom and ripped the skin and water hasn't really damaged much underneath (what I am assuming is the case). Then, clean and Eternabond the hole nice and clean and go camping. I think this is where you will end up if a pound on the wood doesn't prove that it's all soggy and decayed.

Considering the location, I will bet the truck and trailer got twisted a bit and it hit the body side. Just watched a video of a guy putting a different hitch in his truck because of just that problem.
