Ok maybe this sounds silly and I get it each state is in charge of their dmv to a point but I don't see why a person can't walk into one and at least transmit paperwork to another state. It can't be that difficult for dmvs to communicate for basic matters.

It's just a rant. I don't want to drive back to Oregon. There's nothing there besides the college kid and shes enjoying her freedom. Waiting over 4 months for the mail seems ridiculously unnecessary.

Im seriously thinking about changing my address just too get this hiccup out of the way but yeah. That seems drastic.

End rant. Tell me im a fool ?

Seems like you are hoping for a level of technical competency that most DMVs, ah, might not be able to achieve. I say this after spending four hours at my local RMV (Our version of DMV) Drop Off center. That's right, I waited four hours to DROP OFF a title application.

I know they don't but I don't see why they couldn't. Especially with today's technology. Just saying. A little skype action, fingerprint recognition mixed with some fax, etc. Easy peasy. My phone can do it. The country should be able to keep up with the smartphone. ?

I keep AZ residency because of the online DMV services. Well there are other reasons but that is a biggie.

I've been holding onto an Oregon address so the college kid can get instate tuition. When she's independent I'll rethink addresses.

Online options should be a norm.

I need a motorcycle endorsement too so I can get some toys for the garage. ☺️
