Don’t ever buy Keystone Rv 5th wheel

We purchased a 2021 Keystone RK fifth wheel. 3 months later we have a kitchen floor that is mushy and sinking in 2 places. Went to dealer 6 moths later Keystone is refusing warranty. We took a 6 month cross country country trip and cannot get to say anything except obviously not built for long time use. We had many RVs over the years with problems but have never had a floor collapse. I guess we can’t use it any longer. Used it too much. I tell everyone that will listen to me don’t use it for long periods of time, per Keystone, “not built for that.” I now am having a sign made to advertise everywhere we go one in and experience my kitchen floor. DONT PURCHASE KEYSTONE PRODUCTS. Some I have managed to talk them out of buying anything Keystone.

The dealer is not the final word on the warranty. It is very important that you document your damages, and then communicate directly with Keystone RV:

Keep records of your conversation, and ask for a dealer that is capable of looking at the problem.

If they determine the problem is caused by you the owner, then your insurance company would be the next step.

Might I suggest that you attempt to photograph the issue from underneath. Determine if it is a moisture issue or framing issue. This will give you good talking points and proof when talking to Customer Service
