Drivers side window

Have a high pitched squeal in a brand new class a entegra vision 36C on a F53 ford chassis that I purchased just 3 days ago. I asked the service department they said that will probably be a chassis issue . I don't think there is any way ford installed these windows. Is the service guy right or has no idea what he is talking about ?

Are you saying the high pitch squeal is wind coming in through the windows or is it something coming from underneath, the engine compartment or somewhere in the drivetrain? Were you clear with the dealer service writer about where it was coming from? He or she isn't clairvoyent.
