Hello all,

Need some info regarding the lithium batteries for a 2019 Roadtrek Zion with the ecotrek package. A friend of mine is purchasing this and is getting the runaround regarding how long it takes to get replacement batteries. I can't find any info on the lithium battery warranty but it seems to me they should have lasted longer than 2 years. I am suspecting an electrical system fault as the batteries won't even power up when the battery switch is turned on and there is no indication of charging from the alternator or solar. Thanks for your help.

No voltage does not mean dead battery. The BMS shuts down if:

Shorted
under voltage
over voltage

over time a trickle charge allows the voltage to rise enough to restart the BMS.

It is important to not draw down the battery to far to avoid this inconvenience.
