Hello fellow RV’ers,

We were in Big Sur for four days and our refrigerator for our 2007 Four Winds Majestic wasn’t working to its full potential. The freezer was working fine. Then on the fourth day, we woke up and everything had shut off an RV. There was no electrical, there was no refrigerator/freezer working, and I couldn’t even get the generator going cause it’s wired to the inside control panel which was not getting power. And I thought the fridge could pull off of the propane to keep going but the fridge was also not working.

So unable to pump water and get electricity, we decided to leave. Before we left we went to dump our gray and black water tanks and fill up on freshwater. After we did that, all the electrical came back on and everything was running fine. However the fridge was still not exceptionally cold. It wasn’t until we got to our next destination and we were able to plug-in and then the fridge was working very well!

So as you can see I have two problems that I’m trying to figure out. Why is the fridge not getting exceptionally cold and why did the entire electrical system shut down?

Any thoughts? Thank you!
