When I drive down the road, generator is off.
Do I need to turn “aux batt” on so that tv, frig, microwave, lights etc work?
What should be on in coach while driving down the road with “aux batt” switch on?
What should be on in coach while driving if “ aux batt” switch off?
Thank you,

Right now when I start up engine, nothing in coach turns on. When I turn on “ aux batt” switch , lights / tv on, BUT NOT frig or microwave. Is this normal?

Yes. The aux battery is your house batteries. It powers all 12v items like lights, furnace, fans, etc. Fridge typically needs power and can use propane, 12v or 110v shore power. An RV fridge is usually an absorption fridge which means you won't hear it humming or a compressor kick on. It can take a full 24hrs to get cold. The only time you need to turn off "aux battery" is during storing the RV. Microwave is 110 volt and will only work with shore power.
