One side works, but the other side is stuck open
 
I just had this happen to my 2006 Encore 40TS. The drivers seat stopped working while the passenger seat operated fine. There is a fuse buss bar in the compartment outside below the drivers side. I ended up simply mounting a new 30 amp fuse/breaker in the compartment. I realize mine is very old compared to yours but may have similar system.
