I have my 2015 Tiffin Phaeton 40AH in Freightliner shop to check out my dash air conditioning. I didn't realize that accessing the top of the engine was such an issue. I received a call from the shop and they needed help accessing the engine compartment. The access is in the rear closet which has a step up were the main access hatch is located. That part is tile (tech was afraid of cracking the tile - thank heaven) and then another step up which is carpet. There is a vertical panel in the second step up that obviously should be removed too. I found some information that the panel has several screws in the carpet that are difficult to locate (very true). I searched and found 1 screw and removed it but could not find the others! I like the tech do not want to do any damage trying to remove theses panels.

I need details on the way to get these removed and would appreciate any help you can offer.

Thank you,
Pdubya
