Establishing Domicile 2021

We are finally retiring within next year and will begin FT RV‘ing with goal to settle in TN in few years (when TN tax on interest/dividends ends) and have had a challenging time finding current info on establishing domicile in the interim - any recommendations for resources with current 2021 info?

When we decided to go full time we chose Florida as our domicile. Vehicle registration, insurance is relatively inexpensive and no state income tax made it attractive.
